There is a serious storm within the system of international law which appears to be on a path toward the deterioration of international criminal justice. On one hand, certain terrorist criminal governments intensify their efforts to unlawfully appropriate and steal the territorial sovereignty and resources from other nations; on the other hand, they persist in portraying themselves as proponents of justice, peace, and human rights norms. To many politicians of utipolitianist powertionist governments and their criminal alliances, this situation poses no obstacle, as they continue to engage in theft, abduction, hijacking, seizure, piracy, robbery, and banditry without facing prosecution under the authority of the International Criminal Court. It remains challenging to foster prudent and unified cooperation among governments under the United Nations Charter to effectively combat the organized criminality led by certain governments concerning stealing de lege lata norms. In reality, acts such as genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, torture, rape, apartheid, suppression of peaceful demonstrations and offenses against immigrants perpetrated under the policies of some governments, have not only been tolerated, but are increasingly utilized as instruments of ruthless sadistic political domination. Yet, various sanctions are imposed on those governments that vociferously oppose such aggravated and brutal criminal policies. The primary metaphysics behind those power-hungry actions is to augment the capital and territories of other nations through various killings strategies. When morality has perished, what rational or judicious casuist can deny the right to resist such hegemonic governments?
