I would like to share my impressions from my cooperation with Nova Science Publishers concerning a publication which I was invited by them to make. First of all, I was delighted by the very fact that representatives of this company had identified me as an author who could contribute meaningfully to an edited book which they planned to publish. And I was not that disappointed when it turned out that the book in question actually can not be prepared because of difficulties in getting enough articles of the quality that meets the publishing house’s criteria (another evidence of its merits), because I was offered an acceptable alternative – to get my text published in one of Nova’s numbered book series. This move demonstrates the flexibility in their policies and the respect with which they treat their authors. Besides, I was impressed by the swiftness of Nova’s replies in our correspondence. I received clear and comprehensive answers to my queries right away – something which is not often the case in correspondence of this kind. And the time distance between submitting the final version of my text and its publishing was remarkably small. In a nutshell, my impressions from this cooperation are excellent and I would recommend Nova’s services to any other author.

The American publisher, and President Ms. Nadya S. Columbus, was generous in accommodating the proposal for publishing our book. It has been a wonderful learning experience working with the “Nova Team.” The staff of Nova, especially, Ms. Lisa Gambino, are very approachable, friendly and always encouraging and positive in their response and attitude.
