Shipping and Returns
When Will My Order Arrive?
Domestic Delivery within the Continental United States:
Available orders shipped via UPS Ground will normally arrive within an estimated 6-10 business days from the receipt of payment. Available orders shipped via 2-Day will normally arrive within an estimated 2-3 business days from the receipt of payment. Available orders shipped via 1-Day (domestic only) will normally arrive within an estimated 1-2 business days (no Saturday delivery) from receipt of payment.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
Available orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail will normally arrive within an estimated 6-10 business days from the receipt of payment.
International and Canadian Delivery:
Available orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail will arrive within an estimated 4-6 weeks from receipt of payment. USPS shipments are typically shipped via a non-traceable method, and Nova Science Publishers, Inc. can only confirm shipment, and cannot guarantee international delivery.
eBook Orders:
Published eBooks are available for immediate download upon payment. If you are unable to download the eBook file, please contact our Billing Department at billing.central@novapublishers.com.
For express shipping services, and quotes for large quantities and bulk orders, please contact our Billing Department at billing.central@novapublishers.com.
Taxes and Customs:
Sales tax is applied according to shipping address.
- Domestic Delivery: All applicable sales taxes for purchases of books and related materials are calculated based on local sales tax rates, and will be added to your order at checkout. Sales tax must be applied to delivery charges in the following states: New York.
- International and Canadian Delivery: Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot pre-determine what the charges will be. The charges may be billed directly to the customer by the destination’s customs authority. We suggest that you call your local customs office if you would like more information on customs duties in your country.
Our Returns Policy:

Return Policy: Books under 10 copies can be returned within the period of 6-12 months after the date they were delivered. No returns made prior to 6 months or after 12 months will be accepted. Books must be returned in resalable condition, in original shrink wrap. Bulk Orders for 10 copies or more are not returnable.
Return for Damaged Items must be requested within 10 days for credit. We shall not accept returned items with library stamps, reinforcing tape, items with UPC code stickers added by resellers, etc. Late payment fees apply.
eBooks are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
At this time, Nova Science Publishers, Inc. cannot ship web orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you cannot provide a street address, please contact our Billing Department at billing.central@novapublishers.com to order via phone, fax, or mail.
