Zeng-Yei Hseu is a full professor of soil science in the Department of Agricultural Chemistry, National Taiwan University (NTU), Taipei, Taiwan. He received his PhD in pedology from NTU in 1997. He has been the president of the Chinese Society of Soil and Fertilizer Science (Taiwan). His major topics of interest are heavy metal dynamics and mineralogy of serpentine soil, pedogenesis of wetland soil, soil chronosequences, and soil contamination and remediation.
