Associate Prof. Ying-Ning Zou received her bachelor's degree at Shandong Agricultural University in 2003 and got her master's degree at Huazhong Agricultural University in 2006. She is now an associate professor at Yangtze University. She is engaged in the research of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in fruit trees, with emphasis on the relationship between soil mycorrhizal fungi and drought tolerance of plants. She is undertaking three research projects and has published more than 30 papers in popular international journals, such as Plant Biology, Frontiers in Plant Science, Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Applied Soil Ecology, etc. Among them, one article was selected as a highly cited paper of ESI.
