Wojciech Halicki, received his PhD and habilitation (post doc) in the field of ecology at the University in Vechta (Germany). He has worked as a professor at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw (Poland) until 2017 and was visiting professor at the State University in Tomsk (Siberia, Russia), in Calgary (Canada) and in El Paso (Texas, USA).
