Wesley B. Borucki was raised and educated in Birmingham, Michigan, a northern suburb of Detroit. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in history and then earned a master’s degree in American history from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst in 1994 and a doctorate in American history from The University of Alabama in 2002. Since 2003, he has been a professor of history at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. He, his wife, and two daughters reside in the West Palm Beach area.
