Simulik Volodimir Michaylovich was born 31 August 1957 in Uzhgorod, Ukraine. Dr. Michaylovich is a physicist with a full Doctorate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. He is a principal researcher at the Institute of Electron Physics of NAS of Ukraine since 2001. Author of “Foundations of Quantum Electrodynamics in the Terms of Field Strengths,” Kiev, Naukova Dumka, 1992, 288 p. (in russian) with co-author I.Yu. Krivsky.
