Dr. Vladimir S. Lerner is a Computer Scientist and Professor in Systems Analysis and Modeling. Vladimir S. Lerner received his PhD degree from Moscow State Power University, Moscow; and the Dr. Science degree from Leningrad (now Sankt-Petersburg) State University, St. Petersburg, Russia. Professor Lerner has taught at California University at Los Angeles, West Coast University, National University (all in the USA), and also in the Universities of the former USSR. He also lectures and consults worldwide. Dr. Lerner is the author and founder of Informational Macrodynamics, a new Computer-based Information Systems Science. He is the author of 8 scientific books and more than 200 research articles.
