Vladimir Strokov graduated from Moscow State Technological University "Stankin" and the graduate school of the Institute of Management Problems of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Since 1968, Strokov is a Candidate (MTN No. 034272) and since 1979, he is a Doctor of Technical Sciences (TN No. 001683). Strokov was awarded the title of professor (PR No. 007738) in 1981 and worked at the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov as a pro-rector, dean, head of the department, professor from 1979 to 2017. He is the author of 15 monographs without co-authors.
