Vitalii Nitsenko is a well-known scientist in Ukraine, integrated into the general scientific research system of Odessa National Maritime University. He is a professor in the Department of Economics and Finance and actively participates in the University’s scientific life. His students have earned high positions in educational and scientific competitions and programs, including apprenticeship of V. Nitsenko. Additionally, Vitalii is the head of the Examination Commission for comprehensive state examinations, and he examines bachelor’s and master’s degree theses.
