Dr. Victor Martinez-Luaces is a Chemical Engineer, Mathematician, Master and PhD. in Education. Researcher IIQ/UdelaR (Uruguay) and PROFESTEAM/UGR (Spain). He is a visiting Professor LDAR/Paris VII (France). Dr. Luaces received the First prize, RELME (2002, 2005) and the Best Professor Award, Fing/UdelaR (1992, 1996). He is a Chair/Convenor and Keynote Speaker at International Conferences, has 22 books/book chapters (USA, UK, Germany, etc.), 58 journal papers and is a Reviewer and Guest Editor in International Journals.
