Dr. Sonika is faculty at GB Pant Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, New Delhi, India. He completed his graduation and post-graduation from the Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi and pursued his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He was the recipient of "Asia Young Endoscopist Award" fellowship in 2018 at Seoul, South Korea. Dr. Sonika has presented his research work at multiple international platforms including APDW. He has published numerous research papers in many national and international journals of repute and has authored various chapters too. He is an expert in the fields of GI endoscopy, acute pancreatitis and inflammatory bowel disease.
