Turgut Özseven is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering, Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University where he has been a faculty member since 2017. Ozseven completed his PhD at Karabuk University and his undergraduate studies at Kocaeli University. Özseven received his PhD degree in 2017 for his research on speech emotion recognition. Her interests include speech processing, optimization, programming and biomedical signal processing. Much of his work has been on speech emotion recognition and data mining. Özseven has six books which are used as course materials in various universities. He is also an editor for international journals and books.
