Dr. Thomas K. Babalis is Associate Professor in the Department of Primary Education at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (N.K.U.A.), Greece and currently the Chair of the Faculty. His research interests concentrate on classroom and school climate, quality and effectiveness in school, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship, social and emotional learning, school-family communication, teaching and learning. He has published many articles in peer-reviewed journals and has written many chapters in edited volumes.
