Dr. Tatjana Sibalija (BSc, MSc, PhD in Mech. Eng. from Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade) is Full Professor at Belgrade Metropolitan University and member of University Senate. Her research interests include manufacturing and industrial engineering, industrial statistics, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, digital / smart factories, process modeling, design and optimization, information systems.

She is author / coauthor of 5 books, 5 book chapters and over 110 papers published in peer-reviewed international journals and presented at refereed international conferences.
She is expert for selection, advising and monitoring of FP7 / Horizon 2020 (European Commission) international research projects; member of the editorial board and guest editor of several international scientific journals; chairman of many conference sessions and workshops; member of more than 20 international conference program committees.

She is vice-president of the national team of European Technology Platform for Future Manufacturing Technologies – ManuFuture, member of the Managing Board of National Organization for Quality (UASQ), and president of the National Committee for Six Sigma. She has been coordinating and participating in international research and industrial projects. She has delivered invited / plenary speeches at international conferences in Europe and Asia, and has been awarded with seven awards / honors.
