Tatiana Colombo Pimentel is a Professor at Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR) – Campus Paranavaí. Professor and Advisor in the Program in Food Engineering of the State University of Maringá (PEG) – Master’s level and on the Program of Food Science of UEL – Master’s and PHD Levels. Graduated in Food Engineering, specialized in Process and Quality Control of Meat, Milk and Eggs and in Fruit and Vegetable Technology, Master and Doctor in Food Science.
