Dr. Surendra Bhaskar is presently working as Assistant Director in Rajasthan State Commission for Protection of Child Rights. He hails from Sikar district of Rajasthan. At the age of just Seventeen he joined Indian Air Force where he continued his study. He is India book of Record Holder for Exceptionally Qualified Air Warrior. After quitting IAF he was nominated as a member of Child Welfare Committee by Rajasthan Government. In 2016 he secured seventh position at the state level in Rajasthan School Lecturer examination for Sociology. He is also selected for Rajasthan Administrative Services in 2017. Dr. Bhaskar authored seven books and published more than two dozen articles in various journals. He runs a group named “Proud Parents” for girl child families and associated with an NGO, Saviour Education Welfare & Awareness (SEWA), which is working in the field of education and medical.
