Dr. Wang, a physicist-turned bioinformatician, specializes in epigenomics, herbalism, and in the analysis of high-throughput biological data using novel algorithms such as maximum entropy, fractal analysis, wavelet transformation, network theory, and deep learning. He has peer-reviewed publications in prestigious journals including Nature Genetics, Nature Chemical Biology, Nature Structural and Molecular Biology, Nature Communications, Biological Psychiatry, Genome Biology and Physical Review Letters. He has contributed packages to R archive and Bioconductor, an author of five books on Amazon, and has developed two Android apps in Google Play.
