Dr. Sudhir S. Shende presently works as an Analyst and Researcher at COVID-19 Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory, Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, Maharashtra, India. He has also worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow, Academy of Biology and Biotechnology on behalf of D.I. Ivanovskyi at Southern Federal University, Russia. He received a doctorate in 2019 from the Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, Maharashtra, India. He has 8 years of research experience in the field of nanobiotechnology, especially in the process development for the synthesis of nanomaterials, their characterizations by various nanotechnology techniques like UV-Vis spectroscopy, Zeta potential measurement, NTA, TEM, FTIR etc., evaluation of effects of nanomaterials on seed germination of economically important crops and development of nano-based products for sustainable agriculture and environment. He comprehensively detailed the state of research in nanobiotechnology regarding how NPs interact with plants, soil, microbial community, and the agriculture, and published (total 22 scientific publications in English) 13 peer-reviewed highly rated research articles, 09 book chapters, conference articles with h-Index 9, i10-index 7, and 361 citations (Google Scholar). In the last 3 years, he published 13 (Q1) quartile articles. He is actively serving as a reviewer for various peer-reviewed journals and is internationally recognized.
