Professor Stefano Rea graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Perugia (Italy) in 1988. He has been involved in the field of food inspection since 1987, when he carried out his graduate thesis. In 1993, he earned a PhD in “Food Chemistry, Technology, and Hygiene” at the University of Perugia and became a permanent researcher at the University of Camerino (Italy), where he started his teaching and research activity.
