Dr. Shikha Baghel Chauhan is presently working as an Associate Professor in Pharmaceutics at Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (India). She is a self-motivated and passionate academician with more than 12 years of experience in teaching and 4 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She obtained her PhD from Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (India) in pharmaceutical sciences. She has extensive knowledge in functions related to regulatory affairs, product development, laboratory operations and documentation. Her areas of research are systems in Novel Drug Delivery, Transdermal Drug Delivery, Floating Drug Delivery, and Situ Drug Delivery. She has been credited in over 35 publications in national and international journals, and she has written 3 book chapters. She had been on review panels for various prestigious journals, including Elsevier, Springer, and Taylor & Francis.
