Seyyed Hamed Mirtaleb was educated at the Qazvin Islamic Azad University, Iran, where he received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Industrial Engineering in 2011 and 2015, respectively. The title of his master thesis is “Development of control charts in terms of uncertainty using multi-objective decision making and data envelopment analysis.” His research interests are primarily in the areas of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), and quality engineering and management.
