Dr. Jargin graduated from Sechenov Medical Academy in Moscow in 1983. Thereafter, he lecturer at the same institution and Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. He is an author of the following books: “Overestimation of Medical Consequences of Low-Dose Exposure to Ionizing Radiation” (2019); “Misconduct in Medical Research and Practice” (2020); “The Conflict in Ukraine: Psychopathology and Social Aspects” (2023).
