Kydyraliev Syrgak Kaparovich was born on March 1, 1956. He graduated from St. Petersburg State University in 1978 and received a PhD in 1984. He has been teaching at universities since 1978. Since 1994, he has been a professor at the American University of Central Asia. Several times he has improved his qualifications at universities in the USA. He is an honorary citizen of Lincoln, Nebraska. He is the author of more than 250 scientific books and articles.
