Rosanna Tofalo

Professor, Faculty of Bioscience and Technology for Food, Agriculture and Environment, University of Teramo, Teramo, Italy

Rosanna Tofalo is an Associate Professor of Agricultural Microbiology at the University of Teramo. She teaches microbiology in relation to food, wine, and industrial. She is an author and co-author of more than 200 articles, and she has edited three books. She was Programme Director for bachelor’s degrees in Viticulture and Enology.
