Rita Cola Carroll, Ph.D., has worked for over 30 years in the field of community-based rehabilitation with a focus on holistic approaches to supporting people in achieving greater independence, quality of life and engagement. Rita completed undergraduate and graduate studies in Psychology and Education, as well as three Advanced Certificate programs at Drexel University, including one in Integrative Addictions Therapies. She has her doctorate in Organization and Management, with a specialization in Higher Education.
