Richard Westra is a Designated Professor in the Graduate School of Law, Nagoya University, Japan. He is the author and editor of 16 books and scores of articles and book chapters. He was also a Visiting Professor at Carleton University, Canada, and Visiting Researcher at Chulalongkorn University Social Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. His PhD was awarded by Queen’s University, Canada.
