Regletto Aldrich Imbong is a graduate of Doctor of Philosophy of Philosophy from the University of San Carlos, Cebu City, Philippines. He is currently an associate professor of philosophy of the Political Science Program of the University of the Philippines Cebu (UP Cebu), Cebu City, Philippines. He has several published works on Marxism, political philosophy, Philippine studies, and peace studies. He is the current president of the All UP Academic Employees Union of UP Cebu and is the former Vice-President of the Philosophical Association of the Visayas and Mindanao.
