Dr. Reecha Sharma is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Punjabi University, Patiala, India. She has done her Ph.D.(ECE) from Punjabi University, Patiala, India in 2016. She is a Member of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). She has published 9 books and 10 papers in SCI Indexed Journals. She has presented various research papers in National & International Conferences. She is currently guiding 4 Ph.D. Students and 2 M.Tech. Students. She has delivered expert lectures on the various topics. Her research areas include Digital Image Processing, Feature Extraction, Face Recognition, Filter Designing, Artificial Neural Networks and optimization etc.
