Dr. Razanah Ramya is a research fellow at the Institute of the Malay World and Civilization (ATMA), The National University of Malaysia. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Halal Industry (Science) from the International Institute for Halal Research and Training, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), as well as a Master of Science in Built Environment and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, both from IIUM. Her research interests include landscape ecology, ethnobotany, and natural products. She is particularly focused on exploring the sustainable use of plant-based resources in traditional and modern contexts. Dr. Razanah is dedicated to bridging the gap between scientific research and the cultural heritage of the Malay world, contributing to both environmental and community well-being.
