Ricardo Abel Del Castillo Torres is a Food Industry Engineer (2003) from UNAP (Iquitos-Peru); Master (2015) and Doctor (2019) in Food Engineering from UNICAMP (San Pablo-Brazil). He is a Principal Professor and head of Laboratory of Analysis and Quality Control of Agro-industrial Products of the National Autonomous University of Chota (Peru).
