Peter Gorskyi was born in Kyiv. He finished the secondary school in 1972 and Chernivtsi National University in 1977. He has a PhD from 1983. He has worked in Chernivtsi National University, Joint Stock Company “Graviton” and Bukovinian State Medical University. Now he is working in the Institute of Thermoelectricity. He is also the author of more than 100 scientific papers and 4 inventions and contributor of 3 books.
