Pedro Adrián Aredes-Fernández graduated in the career of Pharmacy and conducted PhD studies in Biochemistry. He is currently a research scientist of National Council of Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET-Argentine) and Professor in the General Microbiology course at National University of Tucuman – Argentine. He specialized in subjects such as the metabolism of nitrogen compounds and the study of biological activities of natural compounds present in fermented beverages.
