Paridhi Saxena is the Founder and Managing Partner of Taarkik Legal, Advocates & Consultants, a full-service law firm. With over eight years of diverse experience, she has handled a wide range of cases, gaining extensive exposure across various fields. Her expertise spans Legal Advisory and Consultation, Agreement Drafting and Vetting, Intellectual Property Laws, Technology Laws, Consumer Laws, Recovery, Real Estate, Environmental Laws, Electricity Laws, Taxation Laws, and Corporate/Legal Advisory Services, as well as Compliance and Regulations.

She holds a B.A.LL.B. (Hons) from HNLU, Raipur, an LLM in Law & Technology from the School of Law at UPES, Dehradun, and a PGDCL with a Gold Medal from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. She is empaneled as a Legal Aid Counsel with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority, serves as a Legal Consultant for the Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi, and is also an Advocate with the Bhopal Development Authority. Additionally, she has worked with the Government of Chhattisgarh’s Department of Health & Family Welfare in Raipur and has also gained experience at the National Judicial Academy in Bhopal.

With a strong passion for academic writing, she has produced several insightful publications on critical issues in law and technology. Her notable works include “Emergence of Digital Evidence in Combating Forest & Wildlife Crimes in India: Revisiting the Existing Legal Framework”, which explores the role of digital evidence in environmental protection, and “Freedom of Speech & Expression, vis-à-vis Use of Mobile Phones and Internet in the Public Domain”, which examines the balance between free speech and digital communication. Her other significant publications, such as “The Darknet: An Enormous Black Box of Cyberspace” and “Cyber Crimes: Another Dimension of Women Victimization”, tackle emerging challenges in cyber law and the impact of technology on women’s safety.
