Oleksandr (Alexander) Tkach is an Auxiliary Researcher of the University of Aveiro since 2014. He graduated in Microelectronics and Semiconductor Devices from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” in 1999. In 2005 he got his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Aveiro, Portugal.
