Dr. Oğuz Keskin completed his undergraduate degree at Eskişehir Anadolu University and his master’s degree at Kütahya Dumlupınar University, Department of Public Administration. His master’s thesis is titled, “Service Provision in Municipalities in Turkey: The Example of Social Municipality Kütahya Provincial Municipality.” He completed his PhD thesis in Political Science and Public Administration at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University in 2023. He has some articles in SCOPUS-indexed journals.
