The research focus of Prof. Nafees A. Khan is to understand the mechanisms of hormonal and nutritional regulation of plants with emphasis on abiotic stress vis-a-vis photosynthetic efficiency and abiotic stress tolerance. He has published 140 research papers, edited 12 books and is founder editor of Journal of Functional and Environmental Botany.
