Mykhaylo V. ZAGIRNYAK is a corresponding Member of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and a Doctor in Science Technology. He is a professor and rector at Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University and is Honored Scientist of Ukraine. He has worked for universities in the United States for the IREX program from 1983 to 1984, and for the Fulbright program from 1997 to 1998.
Zagirnyak is the author and coauthor of more than 600 scientific papers, including thirteen monographs, eight brochures, four textbooks and twelve scientific textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. He holds forty-one copyright certificates and thirty-one patents. His work has also been published in journals that are part of the International Scientometric Database, including the ISI Web of Knowledge and Scopus. In addition, he has been a member of many scientific boards at numerous international conferences and has sat on many editorial boards as well.
