Dr. Musthafa Mohamed Essa, Ph.D., FRSB (UK), FLS (UK), FICS (Ind) is an Associate Professor of Nutrition at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman and visiting Associate Professor at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. He is an Editor-in-Chief for IJNPND published by Wolters & Kluwer, USA and editor for various well known journals. Dr. Essa is an active researcher, innovator and recipient of many awards from local and international bodies. He has lived and worked in Oman for the last 11 years. His interests are nutritional neuroscience and sport. He is an active sportsman and fervent football fan.
