Prof. Moti Frank worked for more than 20 years as systems engineer. After that he joined the academia and since then focuses on systems thinking research. Currently, he is vice president and professor of systems engineering and project management at HIT, Holon Institute of Technology. In 2013-2014 he was the president of the Israel chapter of INCOSE.
