Dr. Mostafa Fahim Nia obtained his PhD degree in International Commercial Law from Sorbonne University in 2011 (Panthéon-Sorbonne: Paris 1). His PhD thesis was focused on the CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods: the 1980 Vienna Convention). He is also a lawyer, writer and researcher. He is the author of several books on legal topics.
