Mohd Noah A. Rahman is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Computing & Informatics, Universiti Teknologi Brunei since 1993. He has co (author) in high impact journals, proceedings from conferences and several book chapters. He is a Technical Editor and a Reviewer for various established journals and conference proceedings publications.
