Head of the Patient Safety Circle, Israel Federation of Family Physicians and Member of the Chamber of Ethics in Israel. Member of the Society of Patient Safety and Risk Management, Life Style Medicine, Pain Management and Rural Health Circle under the Israel Federation of Family Physicians. Lecturer on patient safety at Ben Gurion and Tel Aviv University. Researcher and publications in disability studies, Bedouin health research and patient safety. Received the Medical Director Award 2006 from the medical director of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Jerusalem. FRCP of the Royal College of Phyisicians in Edinburgh and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
