Mohamad Sodikin completed his undergraduate studies in Islamic Studies at IAIN Walisongo Semarang, Indonesia. His commitment to education and human resource development led him to pursue a master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) at Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA) Semarang. He also pursued a doctoral degree in the same field—HRM—at the same university, and successfully completed it in three years. Currently, he is active as a senior lecturer at STIE Cendekia Karya Utama Semarang Indonesia, while simultaneously carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education at Wahid Hasyim University Semarang. He is also active in writing and has published many scientific articles on human resource development, both in indexed national journals and reputable international journals such as Scopus and Web of Science (WoS). His main focus is the development of human resources based on Islamic values, a field he has pursued with full dedication as part of his contribution to the development of national character through education.
