Michail Chalaris is a Chemist, Ph.D., Fire Lieutenant Colonel, and Professor(part-time) at Hellenic Fire Academy, Military Nursing Academy (SAN) and in MSc “Analysis and Management of Manmade and Natural Disasters." He is a tutor at the National School Of Public Administration and Local Government (ESDDA) and a certified trainer by National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP). He has published more than 90 articles in scientific journals and in proceedings of conferences and he is the author of over 100 referred articles in scholarly journals.
