Michael T. Kidd (Editor)
Professor, University of Arkansas System, Division of Agriculture, Center of Excellence for Poultry Science.
After receiving his PhD from North Carolina State University, Kidd has worked for the research arm of an amino acid fermentation company and two Lang Grant Universities. He is currently employed with the Center of Excellence for Poultry Science of the University of Arkansas System, Division of Agriculture with the titles of Professor and the Adisseo Endowed Professorship in Global Sustainable Poultry Nutrition. Kidd’s main duties are applied poultry research, undergraduate instruction, and mentoring graduate students. His main scientific society is the Poultry Science Association where he holds the rank of Fellow. He has published over 450 articles and delivered over 100 invited international speeches.
