Dr. Kapoor is the Co-founder and Chief Nutrition Consultant at Varsity Skin and Wellness Clinic, New Delhi, India. She pursued her Doctorate in Exercise and Stress Physiology from the Defence Research and Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence, India. She was awarded the ‘Young Scientist Award’ at the 102nd Indian Science Congress, 2015 by the Government of India. Dr. Kapoor has published her research work in many national and international journals of repute and has presented her research work across global platforms including the prestigious International Union of Physiological Sciences (IUPS). She has been associated with the Indian school of Hospitality, Gurgaon, India, as an advisor and adjunct faculty, where she curated and facilitated the semester course curriculum for the subject “Culinary Sociology and Anthropology.” Dr. Kapoor specializes in the management and prevention of lifestyle diseases such as Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Thyroid disorders, Polycystic Ovarian Disease, Heart Diseases and Certain types of Cancers.
