She works at Institute of Business and Management of Technical university of Košice, Slovakia. Her pedagogical and science activity are concentrated to Management of company, Strategic management, Business, Human resources management and Knowledge management. She published scientific monographs, articles in international journals, participated in international scientific conferences.
