Dr. Marcos A. Neves has conducted a 6-month research fellowship at the École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Rennes (ENSAR-INRA), France, in 1998, prior to obtaining his Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences, at the University of Tsukuba, Japan, in 2006, where he became an Assistant Professor in 2010. His research interests include micro- /nanochannel technology for advanced food processing and the development of novel bioactives delivery systems.
